◆ Welcome Back to Ask Jack

The host welcomes listeners back to another episode of Ask Jack, reminding viewers they can participate by calling in from anywhere through ask.jackmallers.com. After a brief, informal tangent about the Chicago Bears' recent loss and performance, the discussion quickly refocuses on the main content, signaling the start of the Q&A session.

▶ Will AI Use Bitcoin?

The segment explores whether AI will adopt Bitcoin as a settlement currency for businesses. While this is logically possible, it faces significant challenges such as KYC and regulatory hurdles in jurisdictions like the United States. The speaker emphasizes that Bitcoin's primary value lies in its digital scarcity, functioning as a bearer token on the blockchain, similar to physical cash or gold.

Cautionary Note on Tech Progress: The speaker cautions against overestimating short-term technological progress, stressing that true innovation requires patience and operates on a very long arc, citing Bitcoin's own trajectory as evidence. The fundamental question remains whether autonomous agents will ultimately prefer scarce money that cannot be debased.

★ What Actually Drives Bitcoin Adoption?

The speaker argues that current Bitcoin adoption is driven more by macroeconomic instability and the behavior of bond markets than by narratives like AI hype. The growth of Bitcoin is fundamentally tied to a combination of disruptive technology and global fiat liquidity. Liquidity is cyclical, shifting between technological innovation and the supply dynamics of world currencies.

While AI integration could enable features such as micropayments, the real driver for massive adoption lies in the implosion of Western money markets and expanding currency balances. The current focus on AI narratives is viewed as attention-grabbing hype rather than a fundamental economic force; ultimately, Bitcoin's trajectory remains rooted in the larger fiat liquidity game.

► Bitcoin as a Monetary Life Raft

The speaker presents the current global economic trajectory as declining, mirroring historical empires that collapsed due to overextension and debt. Bitcoin is framed as a peaceful monetary life raft or an exodus from this failing system of excessive debt and diminishing purchasing power.

  • It allows individuals to build wealth, outpace inflation, and secure basic necessities like housing and food for future generations.
  • Unlike traditional methods, the movement offers a community-driven solution that does not rely on violence or centralized authority.
  • The movement is described as engineers building a necessary way out of systemic financial collapse.

⛭ How Should You Store Your Bitcoin?

The primary goal when storing Bitcoin is ensuring you do not lose it, which ideally requires self-custody. While complex self-sovereign methods are best, the speaker acknowledges that some people may lack the time or technical skills for full control.

Critical Risk Alert: Relying entirely on third-party custodians is strongly discouraged, emphasizing the principle that if you do not control the keys, you do not truly own the coins.

For storage options:

  • Hardware wallets and cold cards carry risks related to supply chain tampering.
  • Bitcoin Core remains highly secure due to its open-source nature and wide industry incentives.
  • For those avoiding complex hardware, storing Bitcoin on a general-purpose laptop kept offline is suggested as a viable option.
  • Collaborative or multi-institutional custody options exist but require careful consideration of trust.

🍽 Jack’s Diet, Supplements and Fasting

The speaker advocates for a strict carnivore diet consisting primarily of red meat, salt, and water, finding it simple and highly satiating even while traveling. He emphasizes that nutrient density, particularly fat and protein, is more critical than calorie counting, noting the body requires adequate fats for proper hormone function.

  • By entering ketosis (which he claims humans are naturally in), he experiences increased mental clarity and reduced inflammation.
  • He incorporates long-term water fasting, such as 72 hours, to trigger survival mode and promote cellular healing through autophagy.
  • He strongly advises against sugar and carbohydrates, asserting that these substances contribute to many harmful diseases.

Ultimately, his advice is to listen closely to one's body and prioritize nutrient intake over restrictive dieting rules.

📞 Ask Jack Your Question

The speaker concludes the current segment of the show, encouraging viewers to submit questions by calling in or leaving a message via voicemail at any time. A reminder was given about the next live broadcast, which will take place tomorrow at 6 PM Eastern. The host also informed listeners that this video content would be uploaded within the next 24 hours.

◆ Search for the alpha

The guest's core thesis dictates a fundamental shift in capital allocation away from systems reliant on centralized fiat liquidity and towards assets defined by digital scarcity. The positioning is not driven by technological adoption narratives (like AI), but by a deep conviction that current Western financial structures are heading toward systemic failure, making Bitcoin an essential monetary hedge.

  • The primary catalyst for massive Bitcoin adoption will be the implosion of Western money markets and expanding fiat currency balances, rather than successful integration with autonomous agents.
  • Bitcoin is positioned as a "monetary life raft" or peaceful exodus from a global economic trajectory defined by excessive debt and diminishing purchasing power.
  • Capital allocation should prioritize non-debasable, scarce assets that offer protection against systemic financial collapse over traditional growth narratives fueled by cyclical fiat liquidity.
  • The time horizon for this shift is long-term, rooted in the structural decline of current global economic empires due to overextension and debt accumulation.
The twist: The guest is implicitly arguing that most market commentary focusing on AI's ability to *use* Bitcoin misses the fundamental point. The adoption of Bitcoin isn't about technological convenience (like micropayments); it's a survival mechanism driven by macroeconomic fear and the necessity of escaping an unsustainable fiat system.

► Chapter Summaries

Welcome Back to Ask Jack (0:00)

The host welcomes listeners back to another episode of Ask Jack. He reminds viewers that they can participate by calling in from anywhere through ask.jackmallers.com. There is a brief, informal tangent about the Chicago Bears' recent loss and performance. The host quickly steers away from the sports discussion to refocus on the main content of the show. This segment serves as an introduction before moving into the listener questions. He signals the start of the Q&A by inviting callers to share their topics.

Will AI Use Bitcoin? (1:14)

The discussion explores whether AI will adopt Bitcoin as a settlement currency for businesses, noting that while logical, this faces significant challenges like KYC and regulatory hurdles in jurisdictions such as the United States. Bitcoin's primary value lies in its digital scarcity, acting as a bearer token on the blockchain, similar to physical cash or gold. The speaker cautions against overestimating short-term technological progress, emphasizing that true innovation requires patience and operates on a very long arc, citing Bitcoin's own trajectory as evidence. While current payment systems are functional, the fundamental question remains whether autonomous agents will ultimately prefer scarce money that cannot be debased.

What Actually Drives Bitcoin Adoption? (5:52)

Bitcoin adoption is currently driven more by macroeconomic instability and the behavior of bond markets than by narratives like AI hype. The speaker argues that Bitcoin's growth is fundamentally tied to a combination of disruptive technology and global fiat liquidity. Liquidity is cyclical, meaning it will shift between technological innovation and the supply dynamics of world currencies. While AI integration could enable features like micropayments, the real driver for massive adoption lies in the implosion of Western money markets and expanding currency balances. The current focus on AI narratives is seen as attention-grabbing hype rather than a fundamental economic force. Ultimately, Bitcoin's trajectory remains rooted in the larger fiat liquidity game.

Bitcoin as a Monetary Life Raft (13:18)

The speaker argues that the current global economic trajectory is declining, mirroring historical empires that collapsed due to overextension and debt. Bitcoin is presented as a peaceful monetary life raft or an exodus from this failing system of excessive debt and diminishing purchasing power. It allows individuals to build wealth, outpace inflation, and secure basic necessities like housing and food for future generations. Unlike traditional methods, Bitcoin offers a community-driven solution that does not rely on violence or centralized authority. The movement is framed as engineers building a necessary way out of systemic financial collapse.

How Should You Store Your Bitcoin? (22:46)

The primary goal when storing Bitcoin is ensuring you do not lose it, which ideally requires self-custody. While complex self-sovereign methods are best, the speaker acknowledges that some people may lack the time or technical skills for full control. Hardware wallets and cold cards carry risks related to supply chain tampering, but Bitcoin Core itself remains highly secure due to its open-source nature and wide industry incentives. For those avoiding complex hardware, storing Bitcoin on a general-purpose laptop kept offline is suggested as a viable option. Relying entirely on third-party custodians is discouraged, emphasizing the principle that if you do not control the keys, you do not truly own the coins. Collaborative or multi-institutional custody options exist but require careful consideration of trust.

Jack’s Diet, Supplements and Fasting (36:16)

The speaker advocates for a strict carnivore diet consisting primarily of red meat, salt, and water, finding it simple and highly satiating even while traveling. He emphasizes that nutrient density, particularly fat and protein, is more critical than calorie counting, noting the body requires adequate fats for proper hormone function. By entering ketosis, which he claims humans are naturally in, he experiences increased mental clarity and reduced inflammation. [0:00] back to another episode of the Jack
[0:06] are listening to yet another edition of
[0:11] you guys can call in from anywhere in
[0:16] ask me anything at ask.jackmallers.com.
[0:25] Sunday. The Chicago Bears have just
[0:30] embarrassed I've been as a Bears fan in
[0:34] embarrassed. Look at this caveman look I
[0:40] now. Let's keep it together. Let's focus
[0:46] got to shave. All right. Um but yes, I
[0:52] butt kicked. It is Sunday night and I
[0:55] a good time with, shake off a bad loss
[1:00] without further ado, uh let's get to the
[1:05] thanks for calling in. Let's hear what
[1:09] you got, brother.
[1:14] with the rise of AI running uh you know
[1:19] small businesses and large businesses um
[1:24] to choose to use Bitcoin as a settlement
[1:30] like dollar, euro, yen, yan. Uh wouldn't
[1:36] the most logical currency? Um I'm just
[1:44] Thanks, man.
[1:49] I'm just trying to think about how I
[1:52] yeah, 100%. I mean, um, it'd be really
[1:58] bank. It'd be very difficult to KYC,
[2:03] intelligence. You know, by the way, hey,
[2:08] illegal in the United States. Uh,
[2:11] mean listen, of course, uh agents are
[2:17] Bitcoin is the only digital scarcity,
[2:21] we say bearer, uh for the kids at home,
[2:25] physical cash or physical gold. The data
[2:31] And that is the innovation of Satoshi
[2:36] list which we call the blockchain. And
[2:41] data acts as a bearer token, a physical
[2:46] intelligence is going to want digital
[2:51] because um I'm not as, you know, hypy
[2:57] find uh on the on the internet today.
[3:03] generally
[3:07] in the short term about what technology
[3:12] what technology can do in the long term.
[3:20] or AI or SI specific
[3:25] broad insight in regards to technology
[3:31] excited, optimistic, and probably a
[3:35] Uh, and we overestimate what we can
[3:41] And we underestimate
[3:46] extremely forwardlooking and encapsul
[3:52] true innovation can do in changing
[3:58] better in the long term. And I give you
[4:01] I've seen this by the way with Bitcoin.
[4:05] Oh, Bitcoin's over. It's not going to
[4:08] the world. And I've seen Bitcoiners quit
[4:11] here we are, $2 trillion asset well on
[4:16] you got to do is just be patient. And
[4:19] far far longer than you can remain
[4:23] markets catchall phrase to express this
[4:28] because a technology or an innovation is
[4:33] going to flip the world on its head
[4:36] You have to stay humble, right? All of
[4:39] give you this context because I actually
[4:42] for Bitcoin right now or any time in the
[4:48] tell you this, Strike is one of the most
[4:53] world. I've got every license known to
[4:58] want to do payments. You want to do
[5:01] want anything. You want it in New York.
[5:05] United States. You want it federally,
[5:07] want in the UK. I can do it all. I never
[5:13] anyone asking me for Bitcoin stuff ever.
[5:20] what they need right now. I think where
[5:25] know, payments are fine. They're for
[5:30] over the long arc of human history, in
[5:35] are autonomous agents going to prefer
[5:41] scarce, money that can't be debased,
[5:45] guys aren't going to get me on that
[5:48] show. We all know. Yeah, of course. But
[5:52] for Bitcoin right now has much more to
[5:58] living through that the United States is
[6:01] behavior like the United States is
[6:06] in how the bond market is behaving the
[6:12] is trading uh just the fiscal dominance
[6:17] struggles with well do I fight inflation
[6:23] to me is going to be what drives Bitcoin
[6:29] people get drunk on narratives, right?
[6:34] Everyone's looking to justify their
[6:36] venture capital money. They're like,
[6:40] AI hype. Well, where do I fit in that AI
[6:44] startup. Yeah, but I you know, if if
[6:49] I think Bitcoin makes smashing new highs
[6:55] orders of magnitude more money than they
[7:00] indebtedness in where the 10-year is and
[7:06] down to 2% before the bond market starts
[7:10] Western nations, the United States is in
[7:14] pile of [ __ ] Europe is about to
[7:20] I mean, for all of those reasons, I
[7:24] Bitcoin was at 80K, gold was like half
[7:29] assets are being repriced in real time,
[7:34] weakened in order for any of the world
[7:38] sense. Now that to me, you guys want to
[7:44] months. The last thing I'll say on this
[7:49] some combination of technology plus fiat
[7:56] of a simple equation. Close your eyes
[8:00] at this
[8:05] to grow. Don't close your eyes.
[8:11] liquidity. And what I mean by that is,
[8:19] it'll be cyclical and it'll take turns.
[8:24] journey sometimes the technology will
[8:29] be integrating with autonomous agents or
[8:34] competing with network businesses like
[8:38] innovation of if there's serious you
[8:44] sovereigns and institutions need to
[8:50] with or cross borders with or settle
[8:57] technology piece that's disruptive and
[9:02] there's the fiat liquidity piece where
[9:07] ultimately priced on how much is the
[9:11] units floating around the world. And if
[9:17] units that are competing for a
[9:21] supply of things in the case for
[9:26] price up in dollar terms 100%.
[9:32] adoption for a long time now, and it
[9:37] and fiat liquidity. And the AI narrative
[9:43] it's modern and it's hip and maybe it
[9:49] of attention, but when push comes to
[9:54] to 10 trillion, I just don't think the
[9:59] What's real is there's a ton of money
[10:07] market is dead. It's imploding. The
[10:12] balance sheet is back to expanding
[10:18] the currency and inflate their way out
[10:23] cease to exist. That will send Bitcoin
[10:30] AI integrated like a pay for your
[10:36] can make microp payments. It's just just
[10:42] back and end on an optimistic note.
[10:47] exaggerate what they can do in the short
[10:53] disruptive technology and they
[10:57] and they underappreciate what will be
[11:02] term. So, I think we're in this like
[11:05] plus Bitcoin era. I think a lot of these
[11:12] It's unclear if they're going to be
[11:15] credit that's propped them up is going
[11:20] businesses going to be economically
[11:24] Um, what are the business models? I
[11:28] out first. Uh, and I think people are
[11:33] going to happen in the next three to six
[11:38] be in a bit of a AIS bubble that needs
[11:43] to two to three to four to five years, I
[11:48] course I think Bitcoin is going to be a
[11:52] intelligence. But that doesn't mean I'm
[11:55] Bitcoin is going to go to hundreds of
[11:58] the not too distant future just because
[12:03] to be created out of thin air. Hopefully
[12:08] optimism but some realism. You know what
[12:12] been around the block. People get so
[12:16] these narratives. These narrative catch
[12:19] everything. And then everyone calls
[12:23] open AI chat bots aren't using Bitcoin
[12:29] told you. And then everyone's like, "Oh,
[12:34] "Well,
[12:37] Bitcoin's at $200,000 a coin because the
[12:41] their balance sheet."
[12:46] You know what I mean? So, you know, I I
[12:51] all a fiat liquidity game in my opinion.
[12:56] next question. Renee, he's back. The
[13:03] see if I can find him. Boom. Found him.
[13:09] Let's hear it, brother.
[13:18] is back. I keep this short because the
[13:26] prophet for the earthlings.
[13:32] my prophet. The heavens are panicking.
[13:39] themselves. Is Bitcoin our atomic
[13:45] humanity of getting destroyed?
[13:51] heavens and the Netherlands.
[13:58] appreciate it, man. I love when you call
[14:02] Bitcoin our only hope? Listen,
[14:08] hear me out. That sounds crazy. Sounds,
[14:13] you know, biased hype.
[14:16] all of us, right? Because you have to
[14:23] invented, discovered, whatever
[14:28] in describing this big bangesque event
[14:33] to replicate and we'll never see a a
[14:40] But then we took it from there. We the
[14:47] source community. We the revolutionists.
[14:55] We the freedom fighters. Whoever, right?
[15:00] And never before. I'll tell you guys
[15:06] and you guys want to read books like the
[15:10] Roman Empire, a lot of the empires in
[15:13] similar stories. You have an incredibly
[15:18] and is thought of uh and accomplishes an
[15:24] lowhanging fruit easy productivity gains
[15:29] and then they end up extending
[15:34] much debt and exceed their means and the
[15:39] kind of run out and instead of right
[15:45] things and making difficult decisions,
[15:48] the empire collapses and
[15:54] overextension,
[15:58] and it always ends with a collapse of
[16:04] throughout history sometimes really
[16:09] other times just a collapse of the
[16:14] of society great depressions so on so
[16:19] never before at least that I'm aware of
[16:24] have humans in a peaceful revolution
[16:31] monetary system
[16:37] escape.
[16:43] house on fire. Never before have we the
[16:49] Not with weapons, not with violence, not
[16:56] with love, with inclusion,
[17:04] neutrality.
[17:09] a peaceful revolution
[17:16] participate.
[17:23] Who validates the transactions? All of
[17:29] need not their participation.
[17:36] a life raft for ourselves, an exador for
[17:41] when you have an empire that has
[17:47] on too much debt,
[17:52] destruction of purchasing power, which
[17:55] abstracted human time and energy. So it
[18:00] just has to be read for a little bit.
[18:05] of your effort, your time, your your
[18:10] kids,
[18:14] on an estate with a farm. Your father
[18:20] an apartment. And your child is going to
[18:25] Right? The trajectory of quality of
[18:31] prosperity is declining. It is directly
[18:38] growth,
[18:42] of the currency, the health of the of
[18:46] And we the people have built something
[18:52] that helps all men.
[18:59] built it and we maintain it and we
[19:05] It is ours to protect. It is ours to
[19:10] engineer and it is ours to use.
[19:16] mean mean Bitcoin maximalists,
[19:22] or death. It always has been. It always
[19:29] Bitcoin
[19:33] This is We're engineering a way out.
[19:42] serious. Dead [ __ ] serious.
[19:49] going to own a home, outpace inflation,
[19:55] wealth down to your children, make sure
[20:00] debt? How the [ __ ] are you going to do
[20:04] how
[20:10] could DCA five bucks at a time because
[20:15] hoard gold and pay security guards and
[20:23] brain free to receive free to store
[20:28] that's why when people say oh Bitcoiners
[20:34] coin
[20:38] It always has been. This is our
[20:42] chance. We will build it carefully. We
[20:48] protect it rigorously.
[20:54] depends on it because in many respects
[20:58] be happy like you can find a lot of
[21:04] You know, Bitcoin will not necessarily
[21:09] Of course not. But in many respects,
[21:14] You will either own nothing and try and
[21:19] or you can
[21:23] affordable
[21:27] inherit, a yard to play in, food that
[21:33] Your kids going to have cavities every
[21:38] health and bone density
[21:45] for and wealth to inherit
[21:51] proud of. Come on. Come on.
[21:57] ours. Our peaceful revolution. We are
[22:03] the raft. We protect the raft. We sit on
[22:08] the raft. And we sail the raft.
[22:13] Chad,
[22:18] Again, thank you guys all for calling
[22:22] to get through them all. So, if I never
[22:27] keep them coming cuz I love listening to
[22:32] it just I mean this is my favorite thing
[22:36] show 10 times better. All right, Chad.
[22:46] to Bitcoin and I just have it on a
[22:54] Hood. What is the best way to keep it
[23:02] cold card and now I'm glad I did not. I
[23:08] are orange pill. Just trying to figure
[23:14] and um don't have anyone really to ask.
[23:20] >> Yeah, man. Listen, this is a frequent
[23:24] here's how I answer this one. Uh the
[23:32] way where you don't lose it. And I know
[23:36] because a lot of people uh bring almost
[23:41] this is about. There are people that
[23:47] and the technical competence to store
[23:51] self-s sovereign way and that's great.
[23:57] And then you I can hear the comments
[24:01] Bitcoin. I know but not everyone has the
[24:06] five who's working two jobs that spends
[24:11] just don't have the time right now.
[24:15] all until they find the time? Or
[24:19] desire yet. It's all a journey. So I
[24:24] like am I storing it the wrong Listen,
[24:29] where you don't lose it. Period. Don't
[24:35] for the time being you need to use a
[24:40] that you feel comfortable with, that's
[24:46] say you are your own bank, really what
[24:51] responsible. And I talk about this
[24:54] return to society unless
[25:00] adopted again. There's nobody else that
[25:06] other than you. That's always been true.
[25:12] bend back towards making that abundantly
[25:17] in a haze right now. Well, it's not my
[25:20] president. It's not my fault. I don't
[25:23] Just the the rates aren't what I need
[25:28] corporations aren't behaving how I need
[25:32] were just born at the right time. You
[25:36] were just born in the wrong
[25:39] the life that you have. Period. Always
[25:45] victim to things you can't control.
[25:49] brings that culture back. At the end of
[25:53] diligence on the institutions that you
[25:58] now, that's totally and perfectly fine
[26:03] very hard and nuanced and complicated.
[26:11] hard in that like only some people can
[26:15] player and and it used to frustrate me.
[26:19] I'll just never be a chess player. It's
[26:22] people are good at math. No, it's hard.
[26:26] time, do some research, pay attention.
[26:31] exposure and you don't have time for
[26:34] the nuance of self-custody, I need to be
[26:41] that out of the way.
[26:45] Period. When you store your Bitcoin with
[26:50] ultimately, you own an IOU.
[26:57] doesn't make it bad. That doesn't make
[27:01] your life.
[27:05] want like the gold standard,
[27:10] physical instrument. You want no
[27:14] decisions that other people make in
[27:18] you own your assets, your wealth, your
[27:24] everybody to be.
[27:30] some decisions to make. I've been
[27:34] message on this show fairly
[27:38] ledger fiasco where there was a reseller
[27:43] there was faulty hardware and and people
[27:48] cold card. Hardware wallets
[27:53] riskier than
[27:59] seems to believe because there's just a
[28:04] in like
[28:09] tampered with, the supply chain, the
[28:15] talked again and again and again, and if
[28:20] dedicated episode on it, like first of
[28:25] open source, but then has enough
[28:30] and reviewers and incentive for the
[28:35] truly peer review it, harden it, test
[28:40] codebase like Bitcoin Core is
[28:47] repository I mean Bitcoin core is just
[28:52] having
[28:57] we you're because you're also seeing
[29:03] addresses leak of these hardware
[29:08] hardware device is secure now hackers
[29:12] lit physical attacks on people. It's
[29:16] get a laptop and if like it leaks that
[29:21] be a unique identifier for anyone
[29:26] doesn't signal that you're owning
[29:29] buy a laptop, keep it offline, download
[29:36] store the Bitcoin there. Bitcoin Core is
[29:43] Bitcoin, period. Uh, the whole Bitcoin
[29:49] to be secure, peer-reviewed, and
[29:55] strategy, BlackRock, Coinbase, MIT
[30:01] are incentivized and care deeply about
[30:05] implementation of Bitcoin. It has all
[30:10] diverse and distributed set of
[30:15] then you can just buy generalpurpose
[30:20] you know, there are benefits to having a
[30:25] I don't think that all of the people
[30:30] of like a hardware device is if you're
[30:34] if you're constantly like moving the
[30:38] all the time. Like I think people just
[30:42] and if they ever need to move it like
[30:46] laptop out every once in a while. But
[30:51] on the show. There's nothing wrong with
[30:55] if anyone like if Best Buy has a leak
[31:01] laptop in October, no hacker is going to
[31:09] Lots of people buy lots of laptops,
[31:13] then if you want a secure open-source
[31:18] faulty keys or bad entropy or any of
[31:25] trust one that the rest of the world
[31:30] $2 trillion incentive as an open source
[31:35] than that.
[31:39] anyways, now there's with that being
[31:43] multi-institutional custody. There's,
[31:47] Bitkey that's multi-IG and there's
[31:52] say is use and and I cannot answer this
[31:59] are expecting on a Q&A.
[32:04] let me kind of try and summarize and
[32:08] trust a custodian, that's fine because
[32:13] tremendously difficult. And there are
[32:17] you what did you I forget what you said,
[32:21] there's companies that do it well and do
[32:25] trust them for whatever some time period
[32:30] guilty about that. That's okay.
[32:34] that it's not your keys, not your coins.
[32:38] Don't take advantage of that. Don't
[32:41] are, at least understand the decision
[32:45] personal responsibility, like I said.
[32:49] Now, when it comes to the gold standard,
[32:56] where we all should desire to be
[32:59] your keys, not your coins. Hold your own
[33:04] It doesn't matter a mistake that anybody
[33:08] you, your family, your future. That's
[33:12] Bitcoin uniquely affords us that luxury.
[33:18] collaborative custody,
[33:22] custody. The one message I'll leave you
[33:27] lot of ex uh there's been just a de
[33:33] wallet, hardware wallet. And I'm not
[33:36] insecure. You shouldn't use them. All
[33:39] it be cold card or or the ledger
[33:43] I I I feel like Bitcoin Core is
[33:50] and
[33:53] you could buy a laptop
[33:58] that if it leaks, people know you got
[34:02] and then you could download, you know,
[34:07] contributed to, incentivized to make
[34:12] in the history of Bitcoin
[34:18] be fairly certain it's not going to [ __ ]
[34:22] and you could store it offline if you're
[34:28] food for thought. I'm happy to expand on
[34:33] hopefully to get further questions. And
[34:38] your email?
[34:43] I'm just gonna say, "Yo,
[34:50] emailing you while on the show. Let me
[34:57] what specific questions you have as a
[35:02] I want to make sure I answer
[35:09] There we go. because I I don't want to
[35:13] real answers. So Chad, you can respond
[35:20] specific questions and I'm happy to
[35:24] broader hopefully that's enough for you
[35:29] if we need maybe we need some some
[35:34] where I go deep into what's the
[35:38] and multi-IG and collaborative custody
[35:41] is Strike working on, what is Bitcoin
[35:45] do you buy a general purpose, you know,
[35:49] you're saying. Um, you guys let me know.
[35:54] now. Um, okay. Last question for now.
[36:02] I've been bad at that. Otto. All right,
[36:09] Otto. Last one. Let's hear what you got.
[36:16] a huge fan of yours. Uh, thanks for
[36:21] putting on lately. It's been uh great to
[36:28] Uh my question is a little bit unrelated
[36:35] doing the carnivore diet. So, um I would
[36:43] need when you're in in this diet for any
[36:49] vitamins or fiber.
[36:56] the internet that that are talking about
[37:00] you something. Uh, and I and I know that
[37:05] pretty honest guy, so I would value your
[37:10] thanks.
[37:15] to rant about uh carnivore and diet and
[37:21] Otto, for asking that. Uh, listen,
[37:26] fairly confident that I have expertise
[37:31] about health and carnivore diet. So now
[37:38] really really growing distrustful of the
[37:45] also want to underell my opinions. I do
[37:49] think that independent thoughts,
[37:54] is incredibly valuable. So, I'm not
[37:59] as a health and wellness for dummies,
[38:05] have people think, "Oh, this guy has
[38:09] and and runs one of the bigger Bitcoin
[38:13] what he's talking about when it comes to
[38:16] that I know from my own experience and
[38:21] would say I I wouldn't say that I um do
[38:29] just red meat, salt, water. That's it.
[38:35] carnivore. Carnivore, you know, thought
[38:40] variety of meat, include butter, maybe
[38:46] even weigh on that scale because
[38:51] maybe I'll eat my meal on a bed of
[38:56] "Oh, well, isn't cauliflower like that's
[38:59] What I have found tremendous amount of
[39:04] that is my body using its energy source
[39:11] opposed to carbohydrates and sugar. So
[39:16] digested as sugar and you you get into
[39:22] related things. Let me just describe uh
[39:28] in ketosis. For one let's just talk
[39:33] I travel a lot. I'm a really busy guy.
[39:37] It's really simple. I take meat. I heat
[39:42] simple diet. I can do it anywhere in the
[39:47] about it. It's very satiating. So, you
[39:50] your body needs certain nutrients to
[39:54] lot of males my age that try and get
[39:59] they eat these fat free fatree ketchup,
[40:05] body needs fat for hormones. And this is
[40:09] erectile dysfunction and all sorts of
[40:14] your hormones. You need protein. You
[40:19] you need nutrients for your body. And if
[40:25] calories are our energy source. So we
[40:29] the story of humanity is really
[40:34] there's this big thing in the sky and it
[40:38] you know everything else there's a
[40:42] comes to us human beings, calories are
[40:46] consume these calories as a way to turn
[40:51] And if we're consuming a a lot of
[40:57] the nutrients that it needs, the fat
[41:01] the protein that it needs, then that's
[41:05] hungry and now you need a snack or you
[41:09] for like 10 minutes, but then you want
[41:12] calories, but not the nutrients that it
[41:16] starved for those nutrients. So, the
[41:20] get you get all the nutrients. So, it's
[41:26] natural. It's like all the nutrients my
[41:29] this meat. It's in this meal of avocado,
[41:35] Whatever the eggs, whatever this you can
[41:41] you to eat a ribeye every single meal.
[41:45] simple. I can do it while traveling. I
[41:48] it's very satiating. So, I eat the meal
[41:52] can eat one one meal a day, two meals a
[41:56] I'm not sitting here waiting for dinner
[42:01] Never, never, never. And it's actually a
[42:06] My body's getting the nutrients that it
[42:10] bar, I'm getting a lot of calories and
[42:13] loaves of bread or if I'm having a bunch
[42:18] pasta, I'm getting a lot of calories,
[42:23] if you want what and people say try and
[42:26] calorie count at the at the end of the
[42:30] adapt its metabolism. The calories are,
[42:37] really shouldn't focus too much on.
[42:40] way that you enjoy to get the nutrients
[42:44] hormones will function properly, get the
[42:49] You'll be full and you go you'll have
[42:53] dense, nutrient-dense calories, and
[42:57] go change the world. And so, that's kind
[43:01] travel all over the place. I I I switch
[43:06] the time I need. I go from running a
[43:10] I'm energy, energy, energy, energy. I
[43:15] complex meals. I don't have carb
[43:19] any of that nonsense. Now, the other
[43:26] enjoyed, one, you're born naturally in
[43:32] come out of the womb in ketosis and
[43:37] on ketones. And so, it is a it's a
[43:42] myself will report a lot more clarity of
[43:48] lot less inflammation in your body. So,
[43:54] sorts of crazy things just by entering
[43:59] Okay. The other thing that's very
[44:03] four times a year. I try and do it after
[44:08] fast where I only have water. 72 hours
[44:14] fasting and this is another like you get
[44:19] of sugar and carbohydrates for I mean it
[44:27] for you know call it 12 24 36 hours 48
[44:32] body starts to use fat as energy as its
[44:38] reason why this is a you know fat loss
[44:42] burning burning fat for energy, which is
[44:46] that, you know, want to be lean and in
[44:51] um there's once you fast long enough,
[44:56] where your body um I just find this
[45:02] kicks into this survival mode where you
[45:08] not food coming for a while because the
[45:13] wasn't always the next meal. And that
[45:17] There wasn't always the next meal the
[45:21] meal in the next week. And so if you
[45:25] two to three days you kick in this
[45:31] gets tricked into thinking [ __ ] I'm not
[45:36] don't know the next time I'm going to
[45:40] care of myself healing myself and
[45:45] longevity way.
[45:49] does. and it goes after
[45:55] starts to heal itself. Because the other
[46:00] digestion is one of the more expensive
[46:05] is why the other thing is like people
[46:08] eating the most healthy snacks, if
[46:13] your body is going through so much to
[46:19] you're just shoving down your throat.
[46:25] sometimes are like I'm working, I'm
[46:29] to the time. I realize like, hey, I
[46:32] until I'm full. And I eat that once a
[46:35] that meal. I don't have any, you know,
[46:40] But you feed it five, six times a day.
[46:45] digest constantly. So if you give your
[46:51] and space and leave it alone for a
[46:57] itself. Google it, autophagy.
[47:02] letting your body run on ketones,
[47:08] source, letting your body cure itself.
[47:12] with sugar, with carbohydrates. So, even
[47:18] America, American food is so bad. It's
[47:22] you're in Italy or or, you know, parts
[47:26] and you can eat whatever you want and
[47:30] to look into fasting. It's it's really
[47:34] experience, I've had far less
[47:37] lot better shape, lot uh I'm able to
[47:44] thinking is much much better and it's a
[47:52] people doing these meal preps where
[47:56] night to eat, but like if I'm traveling
[48:00] running these companies, podcasting with
[48:03] [ __ ] I like what I'm getting on a
[48:06] today, I got to go to Europe. I'm living
[48:11] different conferences, hosting different
[48:14] I'm not meal prepping. I'm switching
[48:18] it's easy. If I'm hungry, I eat meat,
[48:24] whatever. Then I'm full. Then I just go
[48:30] energy crashes. I don't deal with any of
[48:34] ketosis. It's clean eating, single
[48:39] I I give my body a chance two to four
[48:45] digest anything and just heal itself and
[48:51] like guys cancerous cells like cancer
[48:57] realize that like some of the most
[49:03] sugar.
[49:08] a doctor and I can already see the
[49:12] me. And you might be right. Listen, I'm
[49:16] that, right? I don't sell
[49:19] job. I'm not here charging you guys for
[49:22] But some of the most harmful diseases
[49:27] without sugar.
[49:35] less of or or just entirely removes
[49:42] And last thing,
[49:48] like listen to your body, okay? Listen
[49:53] Don't kill yourself. Enjoy life. You
[49:58] like, I'm doing this because I need to
[50:00] know, I I want to be healthy. I want to
[50:08] disease, mental clarity. These are all
[50:14] of eating and a way of taking care of my
[50:19] and do the work that I'm doing where I
[50:22] also don't like these people that like
[50:26] want some random dude like in my house.
[50:30] interesting facts. Sorry. And then I'm
[50:34] human brain when we invented the spear.
[50:40] Um post the invention of the spear, the
[50:45] spurt ever in the in the measurable
[50:49] conclusion is fairly obvious. When we
[50:54] hunt higher quality animals and meat and
[51:01] other mammals and stuff then we
[51:08] developed. So again, these single
[51:15] really hard to make the case that
[51:22] humans and that ketosis is bad when
[51:27] born in. So la Yeah. And and you know
[51:32] try anything. Like if someone like
[51:37] ledge of a window sill for two weeks, I
[51:42] two weeks. Come on. So like for two to
[51:46] just try it. And if you don't like it or
[51:51] But I always encourage people just try
[51:55] [ __ ] Two weeks. Uh so that's how I got
[52:02] everything I do, I'm bloated. Like this
[52:06] meal plan while building a Bitcoin
[52:09] how I have to eat to be healthy. This is
[52:13] cheese is going on my plate. This is
[52:18] lame. I feel like a loser. And that's
[52:23] Just going to eat steak till I'm full.
[52:27] thoughts. And to answer your question
[52:32] don't take pills. I don't take like
[52:36] that. Trust me, dude. Just eat just eat
[52:42] avocado. Like I like, you know, raw
[52:48] like a little bowl chicken, avocado, raw
[52:54] eggs. I just eat,
[52:59] make me full that I enjoy.
[53:05] these random butcher boxes that I order.
[53:10] and I'll get like Osco, Bosco, Elk,
[53:16] research how to smoke them. It's fun.
[53:21] comment section to get all triggered.
[53:25] uh that is my two cents. Look into it.
[53:30] It's it's a it's fun rabbit hole. The
[53:34] like health and longevity and taking
[53:37] weird correlation with the quality of
[53:40] mean, America is a whole separate story.
[53:44] listeners that, you know, listen, when I
[53:48] I want. I feel great. America is like
[53:54] everyone is o obese or sick or it's it's
[53:59] in America and you're like, "What are
[54:02] feel fine." Shut the [ __ ] up. Listen,
[54:06] Okay.
[54:09] I I do I do enjoy uh this topic though
[54:16] know, if there any there's a few of
[54:19] Sean Baker that are Bitcoiners. If any
[54:24] and have some pointers for us, uh,
[54:28] that, I'm out of here. Uh, love and
[54:33] always. If you want to call in and ask a
[54:38] Anybody anytime you can record a
[54:43] or you can leave a name in voicemail if
[54:47] And uh I'll see you guys tomorrow. So,
[54:51] 6 PM Eastern live. So, I'll upload this
[54:56] than 24 hours. Much love. Take care.
[55:02] Bye-bye.
