It feels like hardware, deep tech is where things are heading. Also, just machine learning, AI skills, just stuff that's really hard. And then the other is just AI is just changing so much. It's just such a stressful time and hard time for a lot of people. Let's actually walk through some of the things that you have learned about how to help people get good at these things, about how to help people learn to take a punch, AKA do hard things, deal with struggle. The first is you actually actively teach them. You have specific tactics that you teach your team to deal with hardship and to take a punch. So what are some of those things?
