There were some big claims by the US uh energy secretary uh Chris Wright and I think by Trump and various other folks and you actually it took about a month you couldn't see it in the data and then a month later you started to actually see it. So, I think they were telling you what they were going to do and maybe the strategy there was to talk about it before they did it this time and then um it wasn't there.
