And what I think is unique about you guys is you have a big pool of capital, but you also have this like dealm, you know, kind of component or interest. Can you talk about why putting those together, the the capital pool plus the deal making has made you guys so much money over time? >> Yeah, you know, with the deal making, you can turn over a lot of deals, especially in this NASDAQ world where there's just so much liquidity where, you know, we we do run about 2 and 1
